It’s spring, and time for annual road work

This year the big action will be on Interstate 405 in Bellevue, where crews will tear out a tunnel and build two sets of new bridges as part of a $100 million project to widen I-405 -- part of $1.5 billion in widening and improvements that will continue for four more years.
